What is your service like?
We hope to cultivate an environment of authentic worship and connection through music, prayer, scripture, and the sacraments. Our music style is modern. Messages are practical and inspired. We sometimes receive Holy Communion and offer it to any who join. Services are typically an hour to an hour and a half.  

Do I need to dress a certain way?
You’ll find people dressed in a variety of styles. Jeans, dress slacks, t-shirts, and dresses are all typical styles of dress. Dress however you feel comfortable.

Do you have coffee?
We have a complimentary coffee bar consisting of a variety of coffees and creamers.  

Will you ask for my information?
When you join us, we would love to connect with you further. If you're comfortable, you can fill out a Connect Card on your mobile device or physically at the Welcome Center. You'll receive a gift the first time you fill out a Connect Card.

Do you expect me to give money?
There is never an obligation on our guests to give. Our tithes and offerings are a way for people of faith to worship with their resources. If you share our faith and conviction, we hope you consider giving to our ministry.

What if I have kids?
We have a great ministry for kids at Monroe Nazarene with passionate and kind leaders to teach God's boundless love on their level. Your children are welcome to go to their age appropriate class during the service. All adults who teach and watch children are certified with a background check and training. Our nursery is staffed and will text you if your child requires attention. Or if you choose, you can keep your kids with you in service.
